Spring and Fall Clean-Up, Leaf and Yard Waste Clean-Up and Christmas Tree Pick-Up occur on the same day as your regular collection. Collections that would normally fall on those days would then occur on the next collection day. Collection occurs on all holidays except Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Place materials at the curb by 8:00am on collection day. Blue bags, green carts, and garbage bags are picked up on the same day. Star Township - Bins are scheduled to be picked up on Fridays.In the Region of Queens, waste collection is every second week as indicated on your waste collection schedule. Bins are scheduled to be picked up on Mondays & Thursdays. KEWADIN - Old Milton Township Hall on Cairn Hwy.Bins are scheduled to be picked up on Tuesdays & Fridays. ELLSWORTH - Across from the ball fields on Lake Street at the Road Commission site.These pick up dates depend on the amount of recycling in the bins pick ups may be only 2-3 times a week. Bins are scheduled to be picked up Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays.
